An emerging fine art photographer, Bryan Sabol combines emotive landscape photography in both still and animated formats with fanciful descriptions to create meditative, symbolic works. No longer will you consider the landscape at purely face value: Bryan’s photograph-narrative pairings capture the raw beauty of nature while exploring the depth of human experience. Aided by the prompting of his free-form narratives, you’ll encounter a tree as a wooden monster that stalks a lake, sea stacks sitting off a beach that mark the very edge of the world, a fissure in a rock as the broken heart of a mountain, and so much more. Bryan wants his art to not only transport you to memorable locations, but to have it peel back the shrouds of the mundane and guide you into a realm filled with possibilities—a place where nature’s magic and mystery are just a thought away.
Bryan’s art has been exhibited in galleries across the United States, including Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Missouri, and Ohio. He lives on a cliff overlooking Puget Sound in Washington state, USA, where inspiration is as close as his back yard.
